Zolt offers three key health metrics—Sleep, Activity, and Recovery—to help you optimize your daily performance and wellbeing. Each metric provides actionable insights into different aspects of your health, using a consistent scoring system.
Understanding the Scoring System
Each score is divided into quarters so when you understand one, you understand them all.
Sleep and Recovery Score Ranges
| Rating | Score Range | |--------|-------------| | Excellent | 75-100 | | Good | 50-75 | | Fair | 25-50 | | Poor / Needs Work | 0-25 |
Activity Score Ranges
| Rating | Score Range | |--------|-------------| | Pushing | 100+ | | High Energy | 75-100 | | Active | 50-75 | | Balanced | 25-50 | | Recovery | 0-25 |
Score Targets
Each score displays a target indicator showing your personalized goal for that day. Targets adjust based on:
- Recovery score influence on activity targets – Lower recovery may reduce your activity targets
- Daily training goals – Rest days lower activity targets
- Cardio load – Minor influence on targets
- General baseline – 50 represents balanced health
General Guidelines
- Aim to achieve scores of 50+ on most days for Sleep and Recovery
- Activity scores should reach at least 25+ daily
- Scores of 75+ indicate optimal performance with weekly checkmarks displayed
Getting the Most from Zolt Scores
