Release notes

What changed in each version of Zolt, newest first. Most updates reach iOS and Android together; the rest are labelled.

2.7.4

Android gets a much deeper Health Connect connection, Zolt Age and Health Score get a full accuracy pass, and food logging now understands fractions and lets you review AI changes before they land.

Nutrition

  • Enter amounts as fractions or mixed numbers like 1 1/2, with quick fraction buttons and a clear message when an amount is ambiguous.
  • Scanned labels and AI food updates now show a review before they apply. Keep any existing values you want, and undo afterwards.
  • Separate a logged recipe into its ingredients. Editing a recipe later no longer changes what you logged in the past.
  • Recipe logs show when they are waiting to sync or need attention, and calories stay consistent across portion edits, tiny portions and fractional yields.
  • Food details name the day you are logging to, and copying food from another day opens in a native sheet with the shared calendar.
  • Fixed suggested-food swipes going the wrong way, cancelled scheduled replacements not restoring the original food, recipe calories in the schedule picker, and blank Copy and Move options.

Coach

  • Top up AI credits from the Coach header or Coach settings.
  • Link Telegram and WhatsApp in Messaging settings when each channel is available.
  • Charts stay in the conversation, and weight logs show a receipt with what was saved.
  • A reply that cannot be displayed now offers a retry instead of breaking the conversation.
  • Fixed photo permission errors when opening Coach. Photos are still chosen in the system picker.Android only

Zolt Age and Health Score

  • Past days are calculated with your age on that date, so recalculating the same data later gives the same result.
  • VO₂ max estimates are smoothed, so a small change no longer moves your Zolt Age by years.
  • Corrected resting heart rate, BMI, body fat, cardio and protein scoring, including gaps between age groups and thresholds.
  • Missing readings stay neutral instead of counting as zero, while recorded zeros still count. Steps average over the days you recorded steps.
  • Your last result stays on screen while new data loads. Updates happen at local midnight and after a timezone change, with retry guidance when a source fails.

Sleep

  • Consistency compares each night with the 14 days before it, with a 30-minute daily grace period. The same score now appears on nightly cards, history, Health Score and Zolt Age.
  • Sleep cards and Coach describe how far your bedtime and wake time actually shifted.
  • Sleep and caffeine notifications report what you recorded instead of judging it.
  • Earlier sleep HRV readings are kept when a health query fails.

Health Connect

  • Imports respiratory rate, blood oxygen, VO₂ max, lean mass and hydration.Android only
  • Added history and background access where supported, height prefill, richer workout charts and route consent. Apple-only metrics are hidden.Android only
  • Subscriptions and Coach credits are available through Google Play.Android only
  • Weight and body composition stay in step: edited readings replace the old ones, deleted scale readings are removed, and manual entries are safe when write access is denied.Android only
  • Sleep history keeps earlier nights on refresh, and sleep heart rate works when sleep and heart data come from different devices.Android only

Check-ins and account

  • Fixed weekday labels showing the previous day west of UTC, which could push a check-in a day late.
  • Fixed a finished or skipped check-in sometimes coming back as due.
  • Add Google sign-in or a verified email and password to an existing account in Account settings.
  • Home, notifications, goals, gear, food log settings and share sheets are now translated into Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hindi and Chinese.

2.7.3

HRV from Health Connect, landscape layouts, and a faster path from a meal photo to a logged meal.

Nutrition

  • Meal photos from the food camera go straight to Log with AI after a quick check. Ingredient labels keep the detailed reader.
  • Food search no longer shows foods with missing serving data as zero calories.
  • Each Add Food result is back on its own card, so foods are easier to tell apart.
  • Fixed Apple Health nutrition being imported twice after a resync.iOS only

Coach

  • Meal suggestions use household portions and no longer promise a meal fits your remaining calories without the nutrition to back it up.
  • Weigh-in replies compare your trend weight to your target accurately instead of overstating progress.
  • Goal previews that cannot be applied in chat say nothing was saved and link to Goals.

Recovery

  • HRV imports from Health Connect, including daytime readings for stress and body battery. Android uses RMSSD, and the app now says so.Android only
  • Settings and missing-weight guidance name Health Connect correctly.Android only

Platform and polish

  • Landscape layouts. Charts, sheets and swipe pages resize with the app window.
  • Form fields stay above the keyboard, and screen headers no longer overlap content.Android only
  • Restoring workout heart-rate data after signing in is faster.
  • Sharing your referral code includes a tappable App Store link.

2.7.2

The Morning note reads your logs more carefully, and now speaks six more languages.

Morning note

  • Tells a missing food log or a missing target apart from eating above or below target, with advice matched to your weight goal.
  • Adds guidance for coming back after a logging break, settling into maintenance, and protein that keeps coming up short.
  • Each note ends with the action it suggests: log food, review your food log, or review your weight goal.
  • Available in German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian and Chinese, with local dates and numbers. Saved notes keep their language when you switch.

Platform and polish

  • Home, Plan and You stay usable when one chart fails, with a way to reload just that chart or section.
  • Repaired local data on installs that had skipped an upgrade step.
